The Control Panel is available to all Admin users of a Campaign instance. Follow the steps below to assign users to the Administrators group and grant them an access to the Control Panel.

Navigate to the Adobe Experience Cloud homepage.
Launch the Admin Console by clicking the available link from the Quick Access section or the top right menu.
If the Admin Console link is not visible, this means that you do not have Admin rights for your organization. Contact your Organization Administrators to perform the steps with them.
From the Admin Console, select the desired Campaign product from the Products and services list.
If you do not see your product, contact your Organization Administrators so that they give you access to it.
The list of instances for your Campaign product displays. Select the instance to which you want to add an Admin user.
You can add different Admin users for each Campaign instance. Admin users will access the Control Panel of the instance to which they belong only.
The list of Product Profiles for the selected instance displays. Click the Administrators product profile to access the list of Admin users.
By default, Admin users belong to the “Administrators” Product Profile. According to your organization configuration, the Product Profile can be named differently (“admin”, “admins”, etc.).

Once the access is configured, the user will have to log out of Adobe Experience Cloud and log back in again, in order to access Control Panel.
