The ACSD-52160 patch fixes the issue where the product validation result against the cart price rule is not properly evaluated based on the rule condition If an item is FOUND/NOT FOUND in the cart with All/Any of these conditions true. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.34 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-52160. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7.

Steps to reproduce:
Create two products assigned to two different categories.
Create a Cart Price Rule with conditions like:
Add both products to the cart.
Apply the coupon code.
Expected results
The coupon code is not applied as the cart contains products from the restricted category.
Actual results
The coupon code gets applied.
