ACSD-50814: Admin user is not able to create credit memo
The ACSD-50814 patch fixes the issue where an admin user is not able to create a credit memo. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.30 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-50814. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7.

An admin user is not able to create a credit memo.
Steps to reproduce:

In the Adobe Commerce Admin, navigate to Stores > Configuration > Sales > Shipping methods > Free shipping and set Enable free shipping to Yes

Again go to Stores > Configuration > Sales > Tax, expand the calculation settings and set:
- Shipping prices = Including tax
- Enable cross border trade = No

Expand the price display settings and set the Display shipping prices = Including tax.

Expand Orders, Invoices, Credit memo display settings and set Display shipping amount = Including tax.

Clear caches.

Place an order on the storefront.

Create an invoice for the order in the admin.

Create a credit memo.
Expected results:
The credit memo is created.
Actual results:
The following error is thrown:
The page cannot be displayed due to the error
