MDVA-42283: Date-time format for French locale is invalid

The MDVA-42283 patch fixes the issue where the date-time format in the admin order grid for the French locale is invalid. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.13 is installed. The patch ID is MDVA-42283. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.5.

Compatible with Adobe Commerce versions:

  • Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.3.0 - 2.4.4
NOTE

The patch might become applicable to other versions with new Quality Patches Tool releases. Use the patch ID as a search keyword to locate the patch.

Issue

The date-time format in the admin order grid for the French locale is invalid.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an Order, Customer, CMS page or CMS Block.
  2. Go to Admin > Account Settings and set the interface locale for admin to Français (Canada)/français (Canada)(fr_CA) or Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR).
  3. Observe the value in the date column for any Order, Shipment, Credit Memo, Customer, CMS page or CMS block grid.

Expected results:

The date is in the format that appears on the actual edit page for the entity.

Actual results:

The date-time value is incorrect.
