MDVA-19640: Advanced reporting shows no data

The MDVA-19640 patch fixes the issue when Advanced Reporting shows no data. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.0.20 is installed. The patch ID is MDVA-19640. Please note that there is no current plan to fix this issue in future versions.

The patch is created for Adobe Commerce version:

Adobe Commerce on cloud infrastructure 2.3.0

Compatible with Adobe Commerce versions:

Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.3.1 - 2.4.6-p2

NOTE

The patch might become applicable to other versions with new Quality Patches Tool releases. To check if the patch is compatible with your Adobe Commerce version, update the magento/quality-patches package to the latest version and check the compatibility on the Quality Patches Tool: Search for patches page. Use the patch ID as a search keyword to locate the patch.

Issue

Steps to reproduce:

  1. In the Admin, go to Reports > Business Intelligence and select Advanced Reporting.
  2. View the Advanced Reporting page.

Expected results:

The Advanced Reporting report contains information, as expected.

Actual results:

The Advanced Reporting report shows no data.

Additional steps required after the patch installation:

The following SQL query has to be applied to update records in the cron_schedule table:
UPDATE core_config_data SET path = REPLACE(path, "crontab/default/jobs/analytics", "crontab/analytics/jobs/analytics") WHERE path LIKE "crontab/default/jobs/analytics%";
