The MDVA-20376 patch solves the issue of a No such entity with customerId = 1 error for logged-in customers after order placement. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.0.13 is installed. Please note that the issue was fixed in Adobe Commerce version 2.3.4.

The patch might become applicable to other versions with new Quality Patches Tool releases. To check if the patch is compatible with your Adobe Commerce version, update the magento/quality-patches
package to the latest version and check the compatibility on the Quality Patches Tool: Search for patches page. Use the patch ID as a search keyword to locate the patch.
Logged-in customers receive No such entity with customerId = 1 error after order placement.

and you will see the exception.log

The exception log fills up with errors similar to:
