ACSD-46809: The user gets an error when assigning a large number of product sources

The ACSD-46809 patch fixes the issue where the user gets an error when assigning a large number of product sources. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.21 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-46809. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.6.

The patch is created for Adobe Commerce version:

Compatible with Adobe Commerce versions:

  • Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.4.2 - 2.4.5
NOTE

Issue

The user gets an error when assigning a large number of product sources.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create 200+ custom sources.
  2. Go to the Commerce Admin > Catalog > Products.
  3. Edit any product.
  4. Assign 200 sources to this product at the same time.

Expected results:

200 sources are assigned to the product without any errors

Actual results:

Something went wrong error is displayed.
