The Adobe Restart Program allows individuals with eligible expired Experience Cloud certifications to re-certify free of charge through non-proctored, on-demand assessments or exams.

Certification is a valuable resource for people seeking to stay competitive, and this program provides an opportunity to update Experience Cloud skills and keep ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing digital landscape.

Eligibility

Individuals with expired certifications who are eligible for this program should have received an email from the Adobe Certification Program with the subject, “Become Adobe Certified Again for Free.”

To be eligible, your certification must meet all of the following criteria:

  • It must have expired between January 1, 2020 and April 23, 2023.
  • It must be Expert or Master level.
  • It must have a current exam available. (If the certification no longer has an active exam, it is not eligible for the Restart Program.)
