Hello, everyone. In this video, we will discuss the steps to troubleshoot error while viewing a profile in Adobe Campaign Standard. At times, you may encounter the following error as shown while viewing a profile in ACS. To resolve this, firstly, you need to check if any custom resources have been defined or not. Custom resources can be found by navigating to Administration and then Development. Now under Custom Resources, check if there is any link to profile using manual join conditions. Please note that it should not be using the Auto PK, but some custom fields. If it does, then the profiles which do not have this custom resource defined will show the error. Now you need to link the custom resources to that profile to fix the error. Thank you for watching this video. -
