Unconditional stop in campaign workflow

Learn how to correctly perform an unconditional stop in workflow

Transcript
Hello, everyone. In this video, we will discuss the steps to perform an unconditional stop for a workflow in Adobe campaign. To make an unresponsive workflow work correctly, you need to unconditionally stop the workflow and then restart it. Open the Adobe Campaign Classic console and right click on the workflow in question. Within the dropdown menu, select actions and unconditional stop to force the application to recognize the stop. Click on okay to confirm the action. Once again, right click on the workflow and select purge history from the same actions menu. This will stop any attempts by the system to write to the workflow logs. Now, travels to administration, production, and technical workflows from the left pane and select database cleanup workflow. Right click on the scheduler activity and select execute pending tasks now. This will clean up any remaining temp data and threads left by the workflow. Once the database cleanup has been completed, you need to restart the stop workflow. This is how you can correctly perform an unconditional stop for a workflow in Adobe Campaign. Thank you for watching this video. -
