Hello everyone. In this video, we will discuss the steps to resolve the issue when workflow stops running after a user has been disabled in Adobe Campaign. If a user has created a workflow and is then disabled, the workflow stops running and gives the following error. To resolve this, open the workflow and click on edit XML source from the edit dropdown menu. In the XML file, search for login=2. Change the parameter for login to blank. Remember not to delete the double quotes. Once done, click on okay and then click on save. Now you need to perform an unconditional stop for a workflow. Right click on the workflow and click on unconditional stop from the actions menu. Now open the workflow from inside the Campaign and click on start. The workflow will start running and the issue will be fixed. Thank you for watching this video. -
