Hello everyone, in this video we will discuss the steps to resolve message center publishing permission issues in Adobe Campaign RC Bill 9182. Non-admin users might encounter a 403 error as shown when publishing or unpublishing templates. To resolve this, open Adobe Campaign Classic Console. In the left panel, go to Administration, Production, Objects created automatically and select Transactional Message Templates. Right click on this option and select Properties. Under the Security tab, click on Add. Select an operator from the list and give this account the read and write access to the folder. Once done, click on Save. If the problem is still not resolved, there might be some issues with the SOAP call being made. Please contact the Campaign Support team for further assistance. Thank you for watching this video.
