Edit the Accounts with Access to a Deal ID

You can share a deal ID with multiple accounts. The deal is shared with all advertisers within the specified accounts, so that all users in those accounts can edit the deal or use it as a target for their placements.

You can stop sharing a deal with accounts to remove editing and targeting capabilities, but the feed will remain visible to those accounts in reporting views.

Share a Deal ID with Accounts

1. In the main menu, click Inventory > Deals.

2. In the deal row, click > share.

3. For each account to share:

4. Enter the Email Address for the account that will have access to the deal.

5. Click Share.

6. Click Cancel to close the window.

Stop Sharing a Deal ID with Accounts

1. In the main menu, click Inventory > Deals.

2. In the deal row, click > share.

3. Next to the Account Email value, click Unshare.

4. Click Cancel to close the window.
